Authorizing the City Manager to execute a temporary Public Drainage, Water, and Wastewater Easement between Continental Homes of Texas, L.P. and the City of Pflugerville for the necessary utility stubs and drainage improvements associated with the Highland Park Phase B Sections 10 and 13 project.
Summary
The Highland Park Phase B Sections 10 and 13 project is located north of the intersection of Mammoth Cave Boulevard and Walnut Canyon Boulevard. The temporary easement is required for the necessary water and wastewater stubs for future sections, and drainage improvements required to create positive drainage from the proposed development. The temporary easement areas are located within future right-of-way area. Once the future sections are constructed, the temporary easement will expire upon recordation of a plat and subsequent future dedication of right-of-way.
Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the temporary easement and subsequently record it with Travis County.
