Title
Discussion regarding an update on the Strategic Action Plan 2026-2030.
Summary
The City of Pflugerville is in Phase 4 of developing the 2026-2030 Strategic Action Plan, the next guiding document for City priorities and decision-making. With the 2021-2025 Strategic Plan set to conclude, this new plan will shape future goals and strategies.
The planning process began with the City Council retreat in January 2025, followed by a two-day Think Tank workshop in March. In April, community visioning sessions engaged residents, PFISD students, and business leaders, while focus groups with staff and community members provided additional insights in late April. To further refine priorities, a citywide survey was conducted from April to May.
Now in Phase 4 (May - June 2025), the draft plan is being refined and prepared for City Council approval in June. This final phase ensures the plan incorporates stakeholder input and strategic priorities, delivering a clear, actionable roadmap for Pflugerville’s future.
