Summary
On September 27, 2011, the Board of Directors of the Falcon Point TIRZ voted to engage the services of Denton, Navarro, Rocha & Bernal P.C. to serve as the interim TIRZ attorney and the City Council approved the engagement on October 25, 2011. On January 25, 2012, the Board of Directors of the Falcon Pointe TIRZ voted to engage the services of Denton, Navarro, Rocha & Bernal P.C. on a regular basis. All agreements of the TIRZ require City Council approval. Please find the engagement letter for consideration attached.

Fiscal Impact
Legal expenses for the TIRZ will be reimbursed to the City of Pflugerville when TIRZ funds become available in accordance with the Reimbursement Agreement approved by the City Council on January 24, 2012.
