Summary
This item has been included on the worksession agenda to allow for discussion and regular meeting agenda to allow for action to be taken to receive the report. In accordance with Article 2.134 of Senate Bill 1074, law enforcement agencies are required to compile and provide an analysis of the information gathered by the peace officers of their agency. After the information is analyzed, the law requires that a report of the findings be presented to the local municipality no later than March 1st of the following year. This report satisfies that requirement. The Annual Traffic Contact Report or Racial Profiling Report covers the period from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015.
