Summary

This resolution is for authorization of the City Manager to execute a Release and Vacation Instrument to vacate an existing 120' temporary drainage easement within the future Mammoth Cave Boulevard right-of-way.  The right-of-way will be dedicated to the City by plat and therefore the existing temporary drainage easement is no longer required. The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the resolution as to form.
