Summary
The City of Pflugerville City Charter requires that a public hearing be held on the proposed fiscal year budget before it is adopted. The attached notice regarding the public hearing was published on the City website (www.pflugervilletx.gov) from September 19, 2015 to September 29, 2015 and in the Pflugerville Pflag on September 16, 2015. Exhibit A of the budget ordinance under consideration is the complete proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2016. Copies of the proposed budget are available for public inspection at City Hall, the Pflugerville Community Library, and on the City website at http://pflugervilletx.gov/DocumentCenter/View/14805.
All required notices have been published. The required public hearing must be conducted prior to the adoption of the budget. The City Attorney has reviewed this ordinance.
