Summary
A water easement is needed for necessary utility construction for the I.H.O.P. development project located in Stone Hill Town Center. Staff has worked directly with the developer on coordination of the project improvements.
Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easement and subsequently record it with Travis County. The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the easement agreement.
