Summary
This item has been included on the worksession and regular meeting agendas to allow the City Council to discuss possible negotiated terms for a lease and/or sale of property located at 102 South Third Street currently owned by the City as real property and to consult with the City Attorney. The City Council is expected to retire to Executive Session on the item pursuant to Chapters 551.072 and 551.071 of the Texas Government Code. No action will be taken at the worksession or regular meeting on July 10, 2012.
