Summary
During the fiscal year it becomes necessary to amend the approved budget to allow for expenditures and revenue that were not originally approved. During fiscal year 2011-2012, budget amendments have been processed on a quarterly basis. Attached is a summary of the requested amendments for the fourth quarter which includes the purpose of the amendment proposal, the amounts, the line items affected, and the narrative regarding the necessity for the amendment.
This ordinance was approved on first reading on January 8, 2013.
Prior City Council Action
The FY 2011-2012 Budget was approved on September 13, 2011. The first amendment to the budget was adopted on May 8, 2012 and the second amendment was adopted on August 28, 2012.
Projected Future City Council Action
This is the final amendment for the 2012 fiscal year.
