Work Authorization No. 2020-7 seeks approval for engineering services necessary for the remaining compliance and rehabilitation issues from February 29, 2020 forward still to be addressed at the Surface Water Treatment Plant as detailed in the attachments. This encompasses meeting directives of the TCEQ for water plant rehabilitation and compliance and includes plant flows and flow projections, river intake pumping station and transmission line evaluation and recommendations on the interim sodium permanganate system, oversight of membrane evaluation and repairs, assessment of pumps, motors, air compression, chemical systems, SCADA modifications, developing Standard Operating Procedures, and TCEQ submittals for compliance and project approvals.
