This item has been included on the worksession agenda to allow for discussion in executive session. The City Council is expected to retire to executive session on the item pursuant to Chapter 551.071 of the Texas Government Code for consultation with legal counsel and Chapter 551.087 of the Texas Government Code for deliberations regarding economic development negotiations. No action will be taken at the December 11, 2012 worksession.
