This item has been included on the agenda to allow for discussion and consideration regarding an amended Performance Agreement with Project Exit.
The City Council approved a Pflugerville Community Development Corporation (PCDC) Performance Agreement, Lease and Sublease agreement for Project Exit at their regular meeting on May 13, 2014 and an economic development agreement for Project Exit at their regular meeting on June 10, 2014.
The Pflugerville Community Development Corporation (PCDC) held a public hearing and approved the amended PCDC Performance Agreement with Project Exit at a special meeting on June 24, 2014.
The City Council may retire to executive session for discussion on the item regarding economic development negotiations pursuant to Chapter 551.087 of the Texas Government Code and legal counsel pursuant to Chapter 551.071 of the Texas Government Code.
