Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Right of Way License Agreement between the City of Pflugerville and the Spring Trails Homeowners Association (HOA) applicable to City public parkland within the subdivision identified as Lot 80 Block M of the Spring Trails Phase 1-B subdivision plat Document No. 200700171.
Summary
Lot 80 Block M of the Spring Trails subdivision is along the east side of Springbrook Road between Willow Walk Drive and Catumet Drive. The HOA will be installing landscape improvements including but not limited to plants, shrubs, trees, grasses, irrigation systems and other landscaping within portions of the City public rights of way per the recorded Final Plat Document #200700171. All maintenance of the landscape improvements will be the fiscal responsibility of the Spring Trails HOA.
Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the license agreement and subsequently record it with Travis County. The City Attorney has reviewed this document and approved it to form.
