Summary
The Springbrook Apartment wastewater construction project requires a wastewater easement for the utility construction necessary to provide wastewater capacity for future development north of New Meister Lane. Staff has worked directly with the developer on coordination of the project improvements and the language of the easement agreement.
Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easement and subsequently record it with Travis County. The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the easement agreement.
Prior City Council Action
City Council approved an economic 380 Agreement with Springbrook APTSP1, LP for wastewater improvements.
Deadline for City Council Action
Staff is requesting approval on May 13, 2014 to maintain project schedule.
