Summary
The subject property is located at 19903 FM 685 approximately 225 feet south of the intersection of FM 685 and Dalshank Street. In accordance the City of Pflugerville Unified Development Code Subchapter 16(D)(2), the land located within the 100-year floodplain is being dedicated to the public as a drainage easement. The nonconforming easement encompasses the limits of 100-year FEMA floodplain located on the subject property, but permits the existing structures and improvements within the floodplain or easement area to remain in place. No new structures will be permitted within the floodplain or drainage easement.
Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easement and subsequently record it with Travis County.
