Summary
The City of Pflugerville submitted an application for recognition as a Scenic City last April. Due to the information on the application and an extensive review process of the City's local regulations and business practices, Pflugerville has achieved the Silver Level within the Scenic City program. This achievement is valid for five years, 2012-2017. Additional information regarding the program is available via the Scenic City website www.sceniccitycertification.org. A Scenic Texas Board Member, Mr. Girard Kinney, will present the award.
Fiscal Impact
The application fee of $500 was included in the FY 2012 budget.
