Summary
Please find the attached ordinance which updates the Master Fee Schedule for fees effective beginning October 1, 2025. The Master Fee Schedule is attached to this ordinance and has also been included in the Fiscal Year 2026 Budget.
This schedule outlines the fees to be assessed for FY26 for a variety of services, permits, activities, and events provided by the City. These fees have been reviewed by the following boards: Parks, Library, and Planning and Zoning, prior to presenting the updated fees to City Council in the proposed budget. City Council reviewed these fees in detail at the July 8, 2025 budget worksession.
Prior City Council Action
On September 9, 2025 City Council held a public hearing and approved the ordinance on first reading.
On October 8, 2024 City Council approved the latest fee ordinance for FY25 Budget.
On September 12, 2023 City Council approved the last fee ordinance for FY24 Budget.
Deadline for City Council Action
Action is requested by September 23, 2025 for final reading.
