This item has been included on the agenda to allow the City Council to appoint a delegate to participate at the 2023 Texas Municipal League Annual Business Meeting on behalf of the City of Pflugerville.
Delegates will be briefed on the content of the resolutions and given a chance to discuss and vote on whether they merit inclusion in the legislative program. The resolutions form the basis of the TML legislative program.
Resolutions submitted will be thoroughly discussed and each city is asked to provide one delegate to serve as its liaison at the Annual Business Meeting at which resolutions will be considered.
The resolutions will be debated at the TML business meeting on October 5 at 3:30 p.m. An additional resolution relating to the TML Constitution may be added to the packet after a Tuesday TML Board meeting at the Conference.
