Summary

The public wastewater easement is required for the installation of a wastewater line necessary to serve the Walden Square site development project located on Lot 1, Block A of the Walden Square subdivision.  Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easement and subsequently record it with Travis County.  The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the easement agreement.
