Summary
The City of Pflugerville Police Department operates a Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) in the Capital Area Emergency Communications District (CAECD). The existing Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with the CAECD was approved on August 28, 2018, allowing the City of Pflugerville to be reimbursed $1,500 for system maintenance, upgrades, and training. The Pflugerville Police Department has increased the number of PSAP workstations and therefore qualifies for an increase in payment in accordance with CAECD schedule of payments to PSAPs. This amendment increases the reimbursable contract price for Pflugerville PD from $1,500 to $2,000.

Council approved the existing Interlocal Cooperation Agreement partnership with the CAECD on August 28, 2018.
