Summary
This ordinance is to designate the Pflugerville Solar Farm land being developed by RRE Austin Solar as a Renewable Energy Reinvestment Zone. This will help facilitate the ability of RRE to move forward with the Solar Farm Project as it relates to Travis County and Elgin ISD.
Status
The ordinance was approved on first reading on November 9, 2010. The Zone will become effective after the second reading of the ordinance anticipated on November 23, 2010.
