Summary
The Public Funds Investment Act (PFIA), as outlined in Chapter 2256 of the Texas Government Code, requires the City Council to review quarterly investment reports.
Effective Oct. 1, 2025 the City no longer contracts with Valley View Consultants for the tracking and reporting of investments. This is all done in house by the Finance Department. This report is in a different format and is being produced straight out of the investment tracking software the City is utilizing.
