Approving a resolution for an update to the Development Services Handbook, also referred to as the Unified Development Code Supplemental Schedule, incorporating all development review schedules, fees and structure of the development process.
Summary
The Supplemental Schedule contains the meeting schedules, filing fees, standard forms and similar information as referenced by the Unified Development Code (UDC) and is being updated to reflect the requirements of the Unified Development Code as adopted in February 2015. The Supplemental Schedule has been updated to not only include the 2015 development review schedules, but also contains updates to the filing fee structure (Section 2) to include the fees required for expedited reviews and applications exceeding three review cycles as well as the removal of the minimum for Board of Adjustment applications; Standard Notes, Certifications and Forms (Section 3); and, updated submittal and content specifications within the Development Applications associated with the Planning, Engineering and Building Departments (Section 4).
Planning and Zoning Commission Action
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended unanimous approval of the Supplemental Schedule at their June 1, 2015 meeting.
