The Construction Materials Testing services provide quality assurance and quality control for the project to ensure construction standards are achieved. The scope of the work includes the observation, material testing, and documentation of construction activities to maintain compliance assurance with construction specifications. This work includes certified field technicians and project materials testing oversight for the duration of the construction activities.
Prior City Council Action
On June 1st, 2016 City Council adopted the 1849 Park Master Plan.
On September 10, 2024, City Council approved the construction contract for G Hyatt Construction to construct 1849 Park Phase 2.
