Accepting and authorizing the City Manager to enter into a 0.0458-acre Public Access Easement Agreement with Infinity Paws, LLC for Lot 2, Block A, Wilke Ridge Subdivision Final Plat associated with the development of the Doggy Day Out Site Plan, the site generally located along Wilke Ridge Lane, north of W. Pflugerville Parkway.
Summary
A 6-foot public sidewalk within the public right-of-way is required with the development of a commercial lot. However, if the sidewalk is unable to be constructed within the public right-of-way due to physical constraints, the City requests the sidewalk to be placed on-site with a public access easement. Wilke Ridge Lane is an existing rural cross section with a bar ditch, therefore the street right-of-way will not be able to accommodate a public sidewalk and will be required to be located on-site. The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the easement agreement.
