Summary
Wild Flower Estates also known at Mountain Creek Condominiums is a project located on Immanuel Road just north of Purple Martin Drive, generally along the eastern border of the Mountain Creek Phase A Section 1 subdivision. Water and wastewater utilities that were constructed to serve the entire subdivision were not formally accepted by the City of Pflugerville due to the lack of the necessary public easements. The developer plans to submit a new site plan for the subject property. The City has requested that all necessary easement documents for the associated utility infrastructure be completed and recorded prior to that submission.
Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easements and subsequently record them with Travis County. At that time, the infrastructure will be accepted by the City of Pflugerville administratively.
