The City is considering approval of a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Kleinfelder, Inc. in the amount of $138,466.13 for construction materials testing services associated with the TR2005 East Pflugerville Parkway (Colorado Sand Drive to Weiss Lane) Roadway Project.
Construction materials testing services provide quality assurance and quality control to ensure that construction materials and workmanship meet project specifications and applicable standards. The scope of work includes field and laboratory testing, inspection, and documentation of construction activities, including soil, concrete, and pavement materials, to verify compliance with design requirements throughout the duration of construction.
These services will support the City during the construction phase by providing independent testing and reporting, helping to ensure the roadway is constructed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and industry standards. The agreement is anticipated to remain in effect through August 2027, aligning with the project construction schedule.
