The Central Texas Water Coalition (CTWC) is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization founded in 2011 to advocate for evidence-based best practices for managing the Highland Lakes. CTWC is committed to working collaboratively with the LCRA, Region K, TWDB, TCEQ and other stakeholders to focus on education, hydrology, climatology, management and conservation of our limited water supplies. Coalition partners include Texas residents, businesses, affected government entities, property owner associations and environmental interests who are united by their commitment to protect the future of Central Texas through responsible water management and conservation policies.
