Summary
The proposed subdivision is located along the eastside of FM 685, east of the intersection of Town Center and FM 685. The 23 acre project is proposed for Hawaiian Falls Water and Adventure Park. The plat was previously approved by the Planning and Zonign Commission on January 6, 2014 however, due to changes to proposed changes to the easement locations reconsideration by the Commission is necessary. All state and local requirements have been met. A site development plan for the project is currently under review.
