HEB grant presentation to the Keep Pflugerville Beautiful Committee.
Summary
For the second consecutive year, the City of Pflugerville, through the Keep Pflugerville Beautiful Committee (KPB), has been awarded $3,000 from HEB. An application was submitted to HEB for funds from their Green Bag Grants which are funded through sales of their recycling grocery bags. The funds will be used to purchase six additional recyling bins that will be used throughout the City of Pflugerville and for all City special events. These recycling bins are easily set up and maintained which makes them ideal for use. These six bins are in addition to the four recyling bins that were purchased through this grant last year.
A representative from HEB will be present at the City Council meeting to make the presentation to the City of Pflugerville and KPB.
