Summary
At the August 13, 2019 City Council meeting staff received direction from council to conduct an of Kelly Lane intersections.
DKS was retained by City staff to perform a Traffic Signal Warrant Analysis to determine the appropriate traffic control device that should be installed at each intersection as interim improvements to address concerns as previously provided by citizens and City Council.
