Summary
The Falcon Pointe Section 13 Phase A project is located within the Falcon Pointe Subdivision approximately 650 LF southeast of the intersection of Falcon Pointe Boulevard and Lone Star Ranch Boulevard. The easement is required for the offsite extension of drainage and wastewater improvements to serve the section. The Drainage and Wastewater Easement Agreement has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney.
Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easement and subsequently record it with Travis County.
