This item has been included on the agenda to allow for City Council discussion and potential action in order to begin plans for a 2016 City Council retreat worksession. If the City Council would like to consider a January 2016 retreat worksession, the City Manager will be unavailable January 23, 2016. He will be attending a conference in Grapevine from January 20-23, 2016.
