This item has been included on the agenda to allow for discussion and potential action regarding a PCDC Drainage Facility Maintenance Agreement, Performance Agreement with and Sale of approximately one acre in the 130 Commerce Park to Project Thin. The City Council is expected to retire to executive session on the item for deliberations regarding real property pursuant to Chapter 551.072 of the Texas Government Code, deliberations regarding economic development negotiations pursuant to Chapter 551.087 of the Texas Government Code, and consultation with legal counsel pursuant to Chapter 551.071 of the Texas Goverment Code.
