Title

Approving a resolution terminating the current Multiple Use Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) affiliated with the FM 685 and FM 1825 sidewalks.

Summary

The City of Pflugerville recently received a request from Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) to terminate the existing Multiple Use Agreement (MUA) affiliated with the FM 685 and FM 1825 sidewalks. The MUAs are no longer required for sidewalks as they are covered under existing Municipal Maintenance Agreements which regulate public sidewalks on State ROW.

In order to terminate the MUA, the City must pass a Resolution for the Terminations.
