Summary
Staff will present a summary of the food establishment and public pool permitting program. The city took over these functions, previously administered by the Williamson Cities and Counties Health Department (WCCHD), following cancellation of our WCCHD contract per their request in 2012.

Fiscal Impact
Inspections are done by Bureau Veritas through a contractual arrangement with the City. Other than time spent by Development Services staff administering the program by acting as a liaison between permit holders and Bureau Veritas, there is no fiscal impact to the city.
