Title
Approving a resolution to adopt a schedule for annexation of two separate tracts of land consisting of 84.1 acres within the SH 45 right of way, located in the Peter Conrad Survey No. 71, Abstract No. 200 in Travis and Williamson County, Texas.

Summary
The schedule for this annexation is attached.  The public hearings are proposed for August 9, 2011 and August 23, 2011. First reading of the annexation ordinance is scheduled for September 13, 2011.

The proposed annexation is an infill annexation which consists of two tracts in the SH 45 right of way. Operations and maintence of this right-of-way, inclusive of the frontage roads, is TxDOT responsibility. Tract 1 consists of 50.5 acres and includes the west portion of the Heatherwilde bridge over SH 45 and extends into  Williamson County. Tract 1 is surrounded on the north, east and south sides by Pflugerville City Limits. Tract 2 consists of 33.6 acres and includes property located generally north of the Highland Park North subdivision and surrounded on all sides by the Pflugerville City Limits.  The subject area is in both the Pflugerville and Manville service areas for water and in an undefined service area for wastewater, but no utilities are required to serve these areas as they are entirely public rights-of-way.

Adoption of the attached resolution would establish the schedule for the annexation of the 84.1 acres as depicted in the attachments.
