Title

Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Public Access Easement Agreement between the First Baptist Church Pflugerville and the City of Pflugerville for the necessary pedestrian facilities associated with the City of Pflugerville 2013 Various Sidewalk Improvements Project.

Summary

Staff is currently finalizing the design for Various Sidewalk Improvements within the City of Pflugerville.  One location for these pedestrian improvements is the southwest corner of 10^th Street and Pfluger Street.  Portion of the connection of proposed pedestrian improvements to existing pedestrian facilities are situated outside of existing City right of way requiring the need for a Public Access Easement Agreement.

The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the Public Access Easement Agreement. The proposed improvements are expected to be completed by Fall 2013.
