Summary
On November 13, 2012, an application was submitted for the replat of Lot 3 of the Renewable Energy Park Subdivision. The applicant requested the subdivision be placed on the Planning and Zoning Commission agenda for the next available meeting, acknowledging that all comments may not have been addressed and the plat may not be in conformance with City codes.
The first round of comments from the Development Review Committee were sent to the applicant November 21, 2012. No subsequent submittals have been made. The statutory disapproval recommendation has no affect on future approval of the replat once all comments have been cleared.
Staff Recommendation
The final plat does not meet the minimum requirements of the City of Pflugerville and staff recommends statutory disapproval of the Renewable Energy Park Lot 3 Final Plat.
