Summary
The City is considering approval of a Professional Services Supplemental Agreement (PSSA) with STV, Inc. in the amount of $1,940,480 to provide additional engineering and design services for the TR1906 Melber Lane Project.
The original Professional Services Agreement and prior supplemental agreements included preliminary engineering, design, and coordination services for the Melber Lane project. As the project progresses, additional services are required to advance the schematic design and prepare final construction documents.
This Supplemental Agreement includes preliminary engineering (30% design) for the ultimate four-lane divided section of Melber Lane from Pleasanton Parkway to Ashton Woods, as well as development of Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) for the segment from Cameron Road to Ashton Woods. The scope also includes environmental studies, public involvement, surveying and mapping, traffic studies, and geotechnical investigations necessary to support project development.
Approving this Professional Services Supplemental Agreement ensures the project continues to advance through design with the necessary technical analyses and coordination, supporting the City’s ability to deliver the Melber Lane improvements.
