Summary
A temporary public wastewater easement is needed for utility connections to service the Avalon 5b proposed residential development. This temporary easement will expire upon the recording of a final plat and subsequent dedication of right-of-way or an easement over the improvements constructed within the temporary easement.
Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easement and subsequently record them with Travis County. The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the easement agreement.
