Summary
Approval of the attached resolution would order a Bond Election for November 4, 2014. Early voting and election day voting locations are still being determined at this time. The proposed early voting and election day voting locations included in Attachment A of the resolution are subject to change. The supplemental agenda which was posted in Spanish is also attached.
Prior City Council Action
The City Council took action on July 22, 2014 to direct city staff to prepare materials to order a November 4, 2014 bond election for: a proposition for $8 million for an animal shelter; a proposition for $28 million in streets projects; and a proposition for $25 million in parks projects.

August 18, 2013.
Fiscal Impact
At this time, a firm cost estimate is not available. The amount of $10,000 for election expenses is included in the proposed FY 2015 Budget.
