Summary
The City Charter provides that the Mayor, with advice and consent of the City Council, shall appoint not less than five individuals to serve on the Personnel Appeal Board for up to three years. Mayor Coleman recommends the appointment of Mr. Christopher Clark and Ms. Cheryl Callicott to the Personnel Appeal Board for three-year terms beginning January 1, 2012. Mr. Clark would be a new member of the Personnel Appeal Board and his application is attached. Ms. Callicott would be serving her third term on the Personnel Appeal Board. Additional members of the Personnel Appeal Board are Ms. Loretta Doty with a term ending December 2012 and Ms. Linda Atkins, Mr. Michael Russell, Mr. Robert Spoonemore, and Ms. Judith Carter with terms ending December 2013.
