Summary
Newland Communities, developer of the Falcon Pointe subdivision, is constructing Murchison Ridge Park at the southeast corner of Murchison Ridge Trail and Tranquility Lane. The park will include multiple features, including a dog park. As a City park facility, it will be open to the public, but maintained through an agreement by the developer. The purpose of this item is to authorize the City Manager to execute an easement to provide for the underground extension of an electric utility line from the east to service the park facilities.
