Summary
The PCDC Board must designate permissible locations for board meetings and determine an annual calendar for “Regular Board Meetings” in order to notify the public in accordance with the PCDC Bylaws and the Open Meetings Act. Meetings that are proposed for the 2025 calendar are scheduled on the third Wednesday of each month at 6 pm with the following exceptions: February's meeting moved to February 25th to accommodate ICSC Red River Conference. March's meeting moved to March 25th to accommodate spring break.
