Approving the Second Amended and Restated Interlocal Cooperation Agreement (ILA) between the City of Pflugerville and the Pflugerville Independent School District (ISD) for the following police related services: Reduction in hours the City of Pflugerville provides Partial Dispatch Services as established by the Pflugerville ISD.
Summary
The existing Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with the Pflugerville ISD was originally approved on June 25, 2019, and the First Amended and Restated ILA was approved by City Council on February 25, 2020 at the request of Pflugerville ISD due to the expansion of dispatch services they provide within the Pflugerville ISD Police Department. At the request of the Pflugerville ISD, the Second Amended and Restated ILA will further reduce the amount of hours the City provides Partial Dispatch Services, due to the those dispatch services now being provided by the Pflugerville ISD.
Prior City Council Action
Council approved the original Interlocal Cooperation Agreement partnership with the Pflugerville ISD on June 25, 2019, and approved the First Amended and Restated ILA on February 25, 2020.
