Summary
Per the "Economic Development Agreement SHTC Connection Town Center Drive & Portchester Castle Path Extension" between A-S 93 SH 130-SH 45, L.P. (NewQuest), Continental Homes of Texas, L.P., and the City of Pflugerville, Continental Homes of Texas, L.P. was required to fully fund, construct and dedicate the right-of-way for Portchester Castle Path from the existing stub of Portchester Castle Path to the eastern property boundary of the Highland Park subdivision where it will connect to Town Center Drive. Town Center Drive is currently being extended by NewQuest. This warranty deed dedicates the right-of-way for Portchester Castle Path as shown on the attachment to this agenda item. The connection between Highland Park North and Stonehill Town Center will be complete by February of 2014.
Status
The City has received executed copies of the Special Warranty Deed on behalf of Continental Homes of Texas, L.P. and it has been reviewed by the City Attorney.
Prior City Council Action
The City of Pflugerville approved the "Economic Development Agreement SHTC Connection Town Center Drive & Portchester Castle Path Extension" between A-S 93 SH 130-SH 45, L.P. (NewQuest), Continental Homes of Texas, L.P., and the City of Pflugerville in October 2012.
