Summary
The Professional and Utility Services Agreement was approved August 6, 2012 and included the provision to establish the timing for payment of capital recovery fees, also known as impact fees, to be collected by the City at the time of final plat approval. The amendment revises the timing for wastewater impact fees to be collected prior to issuance of a building permit. The revised timing for impact fee payment is consistent with the City Code of Ordinances for projects located in City limits. This item is related to the North Pflugerville Wastewater Interceptor System (NPWIS) Construction and Participation amendment on this agenda, agenda item 2015-4238.
Status
The Avalon Subdivision lies within Kelly Lane WCID #1 and #2. A total of 1424 single-family residential lots are planned and 525 houses have been completed as of September 1, 2015.
