Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Warranty Deed for property granted by Mr. Terrell Timmermann and conveyed to the City of Pflugerville for the construction of Pfluger Farm Lane.
Summary
Per the "First Addendum to the Economic Development Agreement" between Mr. Terrell Timmermann and the City of Pflugerville, Mr. Timmerman is required to dedicate right of way reasonably necessary to construct the planned roadways, sidewalks, water lines, sewer lines and electrical power including redundant power to the Arista (Data Center Park) site. The future Pfluger Farm Lane is proposed to be a collector roadway intersecting Town Center Drive and West Pflugerville Parkway. The City Attorney has reviewed the document.
Prior City Council Action
The City of Pflugerville approved the "Economic Development Agreement" between Mr. Terrell Timmermann and the City of Pflugerville on October 29, 2010 and later amended it with the "First Addendum to Economic Development Agreement" on July 26, 2012.
