Summary

The public drainage easement is needed for the installation of a stormwater line necessary for the development of the Emerson Apartment project on Lot 1, Block A of the plat of Springbrook Apartments Phase 2 located southeast of the intersection of New Meister Lane and Schultz Road.  Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easement and subsequently record it with Travis County.  The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the easement agreement.
